Spotlight on Leadership- Wil Beardmore

When Treble Victor held the Veterans on Bay Street event in 2019 we took the opportunity to ask some of the questions that we know civilian hiring managers have when looking at a military resume.  Some of our members took the questions and answered them from their own experiences.   Although personal, their answers are representative of the experience of former military leaders in general.  We think that they offer some key insights for any hiring manager into what they may be inheriting by hiring a Veteran with leadership experience.  For our members, these answers could also provide some assistance in helping candidates to shape their answers to questions that can be tough for the typically modest military leader to answer.
