The Mark Walden Recognition Award is the highest honour within Treble Victor Group, reserved for those who embody the spirit of our late co-founder through extraordinary service to our community. For 2025, we are proud to recognize two leaders whose distinct contributions have fundamentally strengthened our network: Eric Belisle and Tom Quigley.

Eric Belisle: Operational Excellence & Chapter Growth

A dedicated member of the Ottawa Chapter since 2018, Eric’s impact has been felt from the ground up. Starting on the Member Events Committee—where he organized the high-value breakfast and social events that became the heartbeat of the chapter—Eric stepped into the role of Chapter Lead in 2022.

Known for "running a tight ship," Eric’s disciplined leadership and focus on member engagement saw the Ottawa Chapter thrive, growing to an impressive 149 members under his watch. His commitment to creating a welcoming and professional environment has made Ottawa a flagship for the 3V mission.

Tom Quigley: Strategic Growth & Corporate Advocacy

A cornerstone of Treble Victor since 2010, Tom has spent over a decade using his own military transition experience as a roadmap to help others. As our energetic Membership Director, Tom has been the driving force behind our external expansion.

Tom didn’t just grow our numbers; he built bridges. His work in developing 3V’s external network of veteran-friendly corporations and organizations has created a massive competitive advantage for our members. By translating the value of military leadership to the corporate world, Tom has opened doors across the country for the next generation of veteran leaders.
