Check out longtime member, John Fleet, talking on a recent Podcast about how RBC has helped him to navigate his new career after 20 years in the Army.  He touches on a number of points that are familiar to veterans; the way we miss our lost colleagues, the soft skills that time in uniform allows you to hone and the absolute necessity for mentorship and a hand up when trying to decide on your next steps after leaving the forces.  Thank you, John, for the mention of Treble Victor as being a source of that mentorship and support.

Although John’s section starts at 17m30s of the recording and is just 6 minutes long it is also worth listening to the first section where actor RH Thompson talks about a long term project to name all the dead from WW1, an absolutely mammoth task.
