POE summer Speed Networking Session
We’re excited to announce that our summer speed networking session are about to commence!
This event is part of our boot camp program week at Dalhousie University. The speed networking event will be conducted virtually and will include 21 Veteran entrepreneurs. We’re currently looking for 10-15 entrepreneurs or business volunteers to join our pool of experts.

SPEED NETWORKING
How it works
Veteran entrepreneurs are paired with an expert for a 10-minute one-on-one confidential conversation. Each entrepreneur starts with sharing about their business or idea followed by questions, and an expert provides their feedback and suggestions. After the 10 minutes, the pair returns to the virtual lobby, and it starts again. Participants are paired seven times over an hour half period.
About OE Boot Camp
The boot camp run in partnership with our academic partners (Laval University, Dalhousie University and the University of Regina). Our business boot camps are designed to help transitioning Canadian Armed Forces members and recently released Veterans rapidly advance their entrepreneurial and business skills and knowledge. Each boot camp class is comprised of approximately 20 burgeoning entrepreneurs from across Canada who arrive with a business idea and a passion to learn. There is no cost to participate due to the generous support from program funders and sponsors. Participants arrive with a developed business idea and learn best practices in marketing, finance, business planning and accounting from business school faculty and industry experts.
